Need more than just stopping funding. Many illegals are financially in good shape. They own homes and even businesses. But that is going to get really complicated for illegals who have been here for decades. Since the vetting was disregarded during Biden’s four years, the first round should be for the illegals who have been here less than 5 years. Do this:
1) immediately and without warning, freeze their bank accounts, allow them a maximum of a $1,000 withdrawal, and notify them that on day 8, they will be fined $100 a day from their accounts until they self-deport. Seize properties to be sold with a 10% fee for handling transactions. They are here illegally and have broken the law. They should pay.
2) allow tickets to be purchased by the airlines itself, straight from their account.
3) release their accounts (except for fines) and transfer funds when they open a bank account in person in their home country, at which point (when their self-deportation of entire family is verified). Transfer sales of properties and businesses into that account.
4) give landlords and employers a 60-day notice that anyone renting to or hiring an illegal will be fined.
