On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Varney & Co.,” Mike Huckabee, President-Elect Donald Trump’s nominee to be U.S. Ambassador to Israel, stated that the responsibility of rebuilding Gaza is “the responsibility of the people who messed this up, and that was Hamas, funded by the Iranians.” And argued that if Iran and Hamas have enough money to build weapons and tunnels, they should have some money to rebuild and aid civilians.
Huckabee stated, “Gaza is in a mess…because of Hamas. And Hamas did what they did because of Iran, and they had the funding for it. So, maybe if somebody rebuilds it, it ought to be the Iranians. If they had enough money to build rockets and bombs and missiles, perhaps they have enough money to rebuild the buildings and houses. And instead of building tunnels to hide weaponry in and instead of violating every kind of norm of human behavior, maybe they could spend that money on feeding their people, giving them a place to stay, and medical attention.”
Huckabee concluded, “But that’s the responsibility of the people who messed this up, and that was Hamas, funded by the Iranians. Let us never forget why Gaza is a hellhole right now.” […]

Independent Journalism Is Dying
Ever since President Trump’s miraculous victory, we’ve heard an incessant drumbeat about how legacy media is dying. This is true. The people have awakened to the reality that they’re being lied to by the self-proclaimed “Arbiters of Truth” for the sake of political expediency, corporate self-protection, and globalist ambitions.
But even as independent journalism rises to fill the void left by legacy media, there is still a huge challenge. Those at the top of independent media like Joe Rogan, Dan Bongino, and Tucker Carlson are thriving and rightly so. They have earned their audience and the financial rewards that come from it. They’ve taken risks and worked hard to get to where they are.
For “the rest of us,” legacy media and their proxies are making it exceptionally difficult to survive, let alone thrive. They still have a stranglehold over the “fact checkers” who have a dramatic impact on readership and viewership. YouTube, Facebook, and Google still stifle us. The freer speech platforms like Rumble and 𝕏 can only reward so many of their popular content creators. For independent journalists on the outside looking in, our only recourse is to rely on affiliates and sponsors.
But even as it seems nearly impossible to make a living, there are blessings that should not be disregarded. By highlighting strong sponsors who share our America First worldview, we have been able to make lifelong connections and even a bit of revenue to help us along. This is why we enjoy symbiotic relationships with companies like MyPillow, Jase Medical, and Promised Grounds. We help them with our recommendations and they reward us with money when our audience buys from them.
The same can be said about our preparedness sponsor, Prepper All-Naturals. Their long-term storage beef has a 25-year shelf life and is made with one ingredient: All-American Beef.
Even our faith-driven precious metals sponsor helps us tremendously while also helping Americans protect their life’s savings. We are blessed to work with them.
Independent media is the future. In many ways, that future is already here. While the phrase, “the more the merrier,” does not apply to this business because there are still some bad actors in the independent media field, there are many great ones that do not get nearly enough attention. We hope to change that one content creator at a time.
Thank you and God Bless,
JD Rucker
Zelensky was getting everything he demanded of Biden. (With all the evidence he has related to Biden family corruption related to Ukraine, no wonder Biden opened the United States Treasury to him and sent so much military equipment and weapons.) So then Zelensky got even bolder and announced that at the end of the war, he expected the United States to give Ukraine $1 trillion to rebuild their country! I haven’t heard any more about that since. But if Harris had become president, maybe she would have given the trillion dollars in taxpayer money to Zelensky.
As opposed to the people who razed it to the ground? Israel? I thought you were a Christian man? There is no room for Zionism in Christianity Mr. Huckabee. You’re an old coot, stay out of it.
Takes one to know one.
What kind of moron are you, Daniel. ISRAEL responded after your beloved muzzieScum killed 1200 people. I’m sure a good Christian like you, after someone raped and killed your daughter, would turn the other cheek, and let them rape and kill your wife. However, after 70 year of your beloved muzzieScum’s murders and rapes, culminating on 10/7, ISRAEL RESPONDED TO MAKE SURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. Good luck turning your other cheek. You’re a moron!
Yes, the terrorists Iran and Hamas are rsponsible for the destruction of Gaza but NEVER trust them to rebuild it. Take their money and give it to Israel or a US-Israel coalition to rebuild it where Hamas is outlawed.
Israel should have no responsibility to rebuild the gaza shiiteHole. Whatever state it is in now, is due entirely to the muzzieScum attacking and raping and killing 1200 innocent people, so FUCK THEM! They need to bear the consequences of their 1400 year-old EVIL RELIGION. Let them rebuild it or not. NOT ISRAEL’S PROBLEM.
If Trump allowed Israel to win, Hamas would not be around to rebuild anything. Iran should be bombed back to the stone age and their people liberated.
Trump promised all hostages released by his swearing in. Who knew that meant 3 hostages out of 98 being released is good enough? Trump was snookered and is bragging about it. Friends don’t force friends to surrender to terrorists, yet here we are.
There is no excuse murdering over 1200 innocent people and taking 250 as hostages. The US and Israel should hunt every Hamas member and their supporters down and send them to meet their maker ASAP. While there maybe a few innocent civilians in Gaza, most participated in October 7, 2023, are helping to hide the hostages or have not given the IDF information they have so the hostages can be released.
It should never be rebuilt. Right over the ashes of gaza city they should construct an airport for cargo with large warehouses for fruit, vegetables, and other commodities. Long runway for the largest planes. An international hub.
