Are Aliens and UFOs… Demonic? Astrophysicist Reveals Why UFO Claims Aren’t What They Seem

by CBN News
August 17, 2023

Are aliens real? Do UFOs really exist? These questions, once relegated to the confines of conspiratorial enterprises, are now legitimately being pondered among some scientists, academics — and even in the halls of Congress. It’s an issue Dr. Hugh Ross, an astrophysicist and apologist, has long researched and explored.

“I became a UFO expert, but not on purpose,” he recently said. “I was an amateur astronomer before I became a professional astronomer.” Ross eventually found himself handling UFO reports at universities, exploring claims people made about aliens and unidentified phenomena. And he came to some fascinating conclusions.

“About 99% of what people would report to me as UFOs, I could explain as natural phenomena, a hoax, or secret government military activity,” Ross said. “But there’s a 1% residual that falls in a different category, and these would be UFO phenomena.”

As for the human reaction to these encounters, Ross also noted they are “never beneficial” and interactions are “always deleterious.” “The best you’re going to come away from with one of these encounters is recurring, terrifying nightmares,” he said. “Worst case scenario, you get killed.”

Reports of alien encounters also mirror what some have experienced during claims of demonic activity, he said. From going into trances to engaging in automatic writing, Ross believes the parallels between demonic possession and purported interactions with extraterrestrials cannot be ignored.

Listen to Ross explain the nature of these alien encounters and what he’s observed.

Safeguarding Your American Dream: Discover the Power of America First Healthcare

America First Healthcare

In today’s economy, healthcare costs remain one of the biggest threats to financial stability and family security. Americans work hard to build a better life, yet rising medical expenses can quickly erode savings, force tough trade-offs, and even push families toward debt or bankruptcy. Medical bills continue to rank as the leading cause of personal bankruptcy in the United States, with millions facing underinsurance or unexpected out-of-pocket burdens that no one plans for. Many turn to government-run marketplace plans under the Affordable Care Act, hoping for relief, only to discover that what appears affordable on paper often delivers higher long-term costs, limited real protection, and coverage that may not align with personal values or family needs.

America First Healthcare stands out as a private insurance agency dedicated to helping conservatives and families secure better coverage and better rates through customized, values-aligned options. By conducting free insurance reviews, the agency uncovers hidden gaps in existing policies and connects clients with private alternatives that emphasize personal responsibility, small-government principles, and genuine affordability—often delivering up to 20% savings while providing stronger protection for the American Dream.

The allure of marketplace plans is easy to understand: open enrollment periods, premium tax credits for many households, and the promise of “comprehensive” benefits mandated by law. Yet recent data reveals a different reality, especially after the expiration of enhanced premium subsidies at the end of 2025. Enrollment for 2026 dropped by more than one million people compared to the prior year, with many shifting to lower-tier bronze plans to keep monthly premiums manageable.

These plans feature significantly higher deductibles—averaging around $7,500 nationally—and greater cost-sharing requirements. Families who once paid modest amounts after subsidies now face average premium increases of $65 or more per month, even as they accept plans that leave them responsible for thousands in upfront costs before meaningful coverage kicks in.

High deductibles create a dangerous barrier to care. Studies show that people in such plans are less likely to seek timely treatment for chronic conditions, attend preventive screenings, or fill necessary prescriptions. A seemingly minor illness or injury can balloon into major expenses when patients delay care until problems worsen. For a family of four, a single hospitalization, cancer diagnosis, or unexpected surgery can easily exceed the deductible, triggering coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximums that still leave substantial bills. One recent analysis noted that some proposed changes could push family deductibles toward $31,000 in future years, further exposing households to financial risk.

Beyond the numbers, marketplace plans often carry structural limitations. Coverage for certain critical services may include waiting periods or narrower networks that restrict access to preferred doctors and specialists. Preventive care is required to be covered without cost-sharing, but everything else—lab work, imaging, specialist visits, or ongoing treatment—typically waits until the deductible is met. This reactive model contrasts sharply with the proactive, holistic approach many families prefer, especially those focused on wellness, early intervention, and maintaining health to enjoy life rather than merely reacting to illness.

Values alignment represents another growing concern. Government-influenced plans operate within a framework shaped by federal mandates and political priorities that may not reflect conservative principles of limited government, personal freedom, and ethical stewardship. Families who want to direct their healthcare dollars toward providers and benefits that honor traditional values sometimes find marketplace options feel misaligned, forcing a compromise between affordability and conviction.

Private alternatives, by contrast, offer year-round flexibility without the restrictions of open enrollment windows. Independent agents can shop across a wider range of carriers to design plans tailored to specific family needs—whether that means lower deductibles for frequent medical users, broader provider networks, or add-ons that support wellness and preventive services from day one. Clients frequently report more stable premiums that do not automatically escalate each year, along with genuine cost savings once the full picture of deductibles, copays, and coverage depth is considered.

Take the experience of real families who made the switch. Amanda C. shared that her new plan felt “way better” than what she had through the marketplace. Johnny Y. noted his previous coverage kept increasing annually until he found a more stable private option. Sofia S. expressed delight with her plan and began recommending it to others. These stories echo a common theme: when families move beyond one-size-fits-all government marketplaces, they often discover customized protection that better safeguards both health and finances.

Founder Jordan Sarmiento’s own journey underscores the stakes. In 2021, a six-day hospitalization generated a $95,000 bill. Under a well-structured private “Conservative Care Coverage” plan, his out-of-pocket responsibility would have been just $500. That stark difference illustrates how thoughtful planning and private options can prevent a medical event from becoming a financial catastrophe.

Practical steps exist for anyone questioning their current coverage. Start with a no-obligation review of your existing policy to identify gaps—high deductibles, limited critical-care benefits, or escalating premiums. Compare total projected costs (premiums plus potential out-of-pocket expenses) rather than monthly premiums alone. Consider family health history, anticipated needs, and lifestyle priorities. Private agencies can present side-by-side options that include stronger wellness incentives, broader access, and plans built on shared values of self-reliance and freedom.

In an era when healthcare inflation continues to outpace general cost-of-living increases, relying solely on marketplace solutions carries growing risk. Families who proactively explore private alternatives frequently achieve meaningful savings while gaining peace of mind that their coverage truly works when needed most.

America First Healthcare makes this exploration straightforward through its free review process. Families and individuals receive personalized guidance to close coverage holes, reduce unnecessary expenses, and secure plans that align with conservative principles—protecting wallets, health, and the American Dream without government overreach. Many who complete a review discover they can enjoy better benefits for less, often saving up to 20% while gaining the customization and stability that marketplace plans struggle to deliver.

Ultimately, protecting your family’s future requires looking beyond the marketing of “affordable” government options. By understanding the long-term costs hidden in high deductibles, shifting coverage tiers, and values mismatches, Americans can make empowered choices. Private, values-driven insurance offers a smarter path—one that rewards diligence, supports wellness, and delivers real security. For those ready to move beyond the limitations of traditional marketplace plans, a simple review can reveal options designed to serve families, not bureaucracies. The American Dream thrives when individuals and families retain control over their healthcare decisions, and thoughtful private coverage plays a vital role in making that possible.

We can’t even be sure that what we call ‘demons’ are purely spiritual. In truth, there are few subjects we know LESS about than demons, and it could be arrogant presumption that they have no corporal form.

Wow! You guys don’t even realize that you would be burned at the stake, by our primitive ancestors, for being demonic if you pulled out your cell phone and started checking your text messages or social media. You guys have to grow up and realize that our ancestors could not comprehend what you take for granted in terms of technology. Demons are just super advanced technological beings. Those of us who still cling to these old school mentalities need to grow up. However, that will not happen because this world is so diverse in different levels of mentalities. That may never change, but there is hope. You can’t have these many people in one world and have everyone on the same level of thinking let alone emotional compassion and sympathy for their fellow man, let alone some entities from elsewhere in the universe. It is time for us to grow up and get out of the Religious, Demonic and Devil mentalities, that hold us back. Question is, How do you bring a whole world, of people, into the 21st, or 22nd, century all at once? Can it be done at all?

I’ve been telling people this for years. The government realized this back in the 50’s. They also realized that the more attention they gave the demonic, the more prevalent it became, which is why they switched to a strategy of denial and ridicule. However, now that Satanists have usurped the US government, I guess they want to increase and empower demonic activity.

I was around in the 1950s. I don’t believe the government ever stated anything like that. They just wouldn’t tell us anything. I clearly believe that they are from the spirit world and are demonic. I have all this time.

It is no coincidence that Anton Lavey, founder of the church of Satan, was a racial Jew.

Not just “globalist”, that’s an ambiguous term. They’re by and large JEWISH.
It was put to me thusly:
Judaism is the Jewish belief non-Jewish lives have no sanctity.
Atheism is the Jewish belief there is no right and wrong.
Communism is the Jewish belief non-Jews have no property rights.
Globalism is the Jewish belief the planet is theirs.

    Ross is lazy and dishonest.
Ross cherry-picks evidence from UFO cases and abduction reports in order to arrive at a predetermined conclusion. If you want to really dig into abduction cases or closer encounters of the third kind, there are many reports of aliens coming into homes to heal people.
It seems very odd to dismiss aliens and UFOs as something different than spirit phenomena when, by comparison, the evidence for demons is sparse and not backed up by cameras, radar and other technology.
Maybe it is time for a new investigation of demons. I would support that. I am eager to find out how many of them are flying around in space and under the sea in metal ships.

I hate to call Ross lazy and dishonest however, imo his stance doesn’t answer several questions I have.
      1) how will the antichrist explain millions of people disappearing in the rapture without an alien intervention ?
      2) how does the antichrist convince those left on earth post rapture to abandon their engrained beliefs systems without some type of tangible alien evidence?
      3) If the powers to be weren’t in actual physical contact with some type of interstitial or interglacial being why are we being bombarded with desensitization to the idea of first contact or full disclosure?

        1) How does one use the term “anti-Christ” so wrongly? There is no “THE” anti-Christ. That which is “anti-Christ” is that which goes against the teachings of Jesus the Christ Messiah, and so every living Jew is “anti-Christ”. There are many “Christians” who are, in fact, “anti-Christ”, either knowingly or otherwise, as well. But specifically, when Christ was rebuking a group of people, the people he was generally rebuking (for following the “ways of the elders”, later written into the “Babylonian Talmud”) was the JEWS.
Christ says to the JEWS “You are NOT OF GOD.” Hmm. So, not even of his race. And certainly not of the supreme creator.
Christ says to the JEWS “You are NOT OF MY FLOCK.” Hmm. So those of you thinking Jesus is a Jew (despite heretical mis-translations)…sorry, no. And we can go over “The woman at the well” if you’d like.
Christ says to the JEWS “You are NOT OF ABRAHAM.” Hmm. There is no doubt whatsoever that Christ himself is of Abraham, his lineage is in the Bible. But Jesus himself makes it QUITE CLEAR that the JEWS ARE NOT OF ABRAHAM.
Christ says to the JEWS “You are OF YOUR FATHER THE DEVIL.” Wow. For the record, this isn’t Jesus “talking smack”. This is Jesus telling you exactly what was known from the time of Genesis, that the “Jews” are NOT of Adam and Eve, nor are they of SHEM (thus, Jews are not SEMITIC, there’s another big lie), nor are they of ABRAHAM. Thus, Jews are NOT OF ISRAEL and they are NOT HEBREWS.

        They admit this themselves, btw.

So “THE” “anti-Christ”? It’s been here all along. It’s called Judaism. You’ve been fooled into thinking it your friend, however. And in doing so, have cursed us to toil ‘neath their yoke.

I have always believed the “aliens” were demons. I also believe that once a person becomes demon-infested, his/her personal demons introduce their thralls to their friends. The demons know each other, recognize each other, and take great delight in causing as much universal suffering as they can. That’s how the demons and the infested get together in packs to take institutions over and cause mass mayhem worldwide and things are speeding up because they know they are almost out of time. Any time one of the WEF-tards or UN leaders speaks I can’t look at their eyes because they’re so full of demons.

I would love to hear Ross’ take on the book, “The Day After Roswell”, written by United States Army Colonel Philip J. Corso. In the book he said he saw the alien bodies and that much of the technology we enjoy today is from reverse engineering remains of crashed vehicles. Corso worked in the pentagon and he also said their was competition for alien crash tech from the CIA, AirForce, Army, DARPA, etc. and finding out what the other agencies had. Very interesting book documenting first-hand knowledge of the alien vehicles.

I can reply simply by doing a little research and knowing a few things.

From Wikipedia…”In 1945, Corso arranged for the safe passage of 10,000 Jewish World War II refugees out of Rome to the British Mandate of Palestine.”

So, very little research into his background makes for pretty good odds this guy was an Israeli intelligence Jew in the US Military.

Have you ever heard of the “Kol Nidre”? It’s a prayer Jews say absolving themselves of all the lies they will tell to people in the coming year. You should beware reading books from people that say a prayer asking for forgiveness for lies they know they’re going to tell.
