Could There Be a Reason Why Los Angeles Is Burning That Nobody Really Wants to Talk About?

by Michael Snyder
January 13, 2025

(End of the American Dream)—There is so much anger about the unprecedented fires that are ravaging the Los Angeles area, because there is a widespread belief that they could have been prevented.  Some are blaming mismanaged forests, some are blaming the extreme incompetence of our leaders, some are blaming “climate change”, and some are blaming budget cuts.  But could it be possible that the real reason why Los Angeles is burning is not related to any of those factors?

What is the one thing that sets Los Angeles apart from any other city in the world? Needless to say, it is the entertainment industry.

Los Angeles is known as the entertainment capital of the world, and the entertainment that it produces has an enormous amount of global influence.

In fact, L.A. has more of an impact on the culture of the world than any other city by a wide margin.

The entire planet has been corrupted by the movies, television shows and music that comes out of Los Angeles.  On top of all that, L.A. is the epicenter for the global pornography industry…

It is estimated that 200 firms, 6000 workers and 1200 actors produce 4000-7000 adult films a year in Los Angeles. Yes, there are more porn-related, adult industry jobs than software jobs in this town. With $4.3 billion in sales and rentals (which is still nothing compared to the $12 Billion made from toys and books), the Adult Entertainment Industry puts $4 billion in revenue back into the local economy.

“It’s in an industry producing a product and it takes a lot of people to get it on the shelves or wherever people buy it,” explained Jack Kyser of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC) at last night’s Zócalo public forum on the porn industry at the Hammer Museum. Often referred to as the “guru of the Los Angeles economy,” Kyser explained that for every direct worker in the industry, there is one other person in the county that it employs indirectly (think plastic DVD case makers or delivery trucks).

Most people living in the western world consume entertainment that originates from Los Angeles almost every single day.

Most of us are literally opening up our minds and pouring in filth on a regular basis, and that has had absolutely devastating consequences.

Of course much of the filth that the entertainment industry produces openly mocks God and misuses His name.

Pro-MAGA. Pro-Trump. Pro-America. Pro-Family. Most importantly, Pro-Jesus. Here’s the news aggregator that delivers what America needs right now: jdrucker.com

Sadly, the entertainment industry was even mocking God at the Golden Globe awards just 48 hours before the fires hit.

So they Mocked God on Sunday at the Golden Globes, Couple days later Their Houses burn down? pic.twitter.com/KAFBw3q1tH

— Johnny Midnight ⚡️ (@its_The_Dr) January 10, 2025

Many of the celebrities that were laughing that night are certainly not laughing now.

The fires have absolutely destroyed some of the wealthiest areas of Los Angeles, and quite a few celebrities now find themselves living in hotels…

Hollywood’s elite are fleeing their homes as the Los Angeles wildfires rage on – with celebrities racing to find refuge in hotels costing thousands of pounds per night.

Jamie Lee Curtis as well as power couple John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are among dozens of stars forced elsewhere as the Palisade Fire’s trail of destruction continues and the disaster’s death toll today rose to 16.

And actors Dennis Quaid and Sarah Michelle Gellar are among those seen arriving at the Hotel Bel-Air, built in 1922 and which charges up to $15,000 per night for a room.

People Magazine has published a list of 60 major celebrities that have lost their homes in these fires.

We should definitely grieve with those that have lost their homes.

More than 60 square miles of Los Angeles has already burned.

The entire city of San Francisco covers less than 47 square miles.

When a Los Angeles official gave an update about the fires to the press, she was spotted wearing an upside down cross.

So, we’re supposed to believe what this lady says about the California Wild Fires while she’s wearing an upside-down cross around her neck?! 👀 pic.twitter.com/6TCrUnGIOf

— James Pleickhardt (@JamesPleickhar2) January 9, 2025

What kind of a message does that send?

The upside down cross is often used by Satanists, and it has been featured in horror movies such as The Omen and The Conjuring.

Unfortunately, Los Angeles has become one of the most overtly anti-Christian cities on the entire planet. And now it is on fire.

In fact, on Friday evening a “fire tornado” erupted in the midst of the Palisades Fire…

Local Los Angeles viewers were treated to a stunning and frightening sight Friday evening as wildfires continued to destroy homes and lives throughout Southern California.

FOX 11 captured an incredible phenomenon known as a ‘fire tornado‘ or ‘firenado’ spinning up amid the Palisades Fire in Los Angeles at roughly 10:45 local time.

“Check out this ‘firenado,’” reporter Adam Krueger says as the flames explode. “Unbelievable…This is a real thing.”

Donald Trump is deeply frustrated with what is going on in Los Angeles, and he is calling it “one of the worst catastrophes in the history of our Country”…

Early Sunday morning, on Truth Social, President-elect Trump criticized woke Californian politicians, calling them “incompetent” and claiming they “have no idea how to put” the fires out.

“Thousands of magnificent houses are gone, and many more will soon be lost. There is death all over the place. This is one of the worst catastrophes in the history of our Country. They just can’t put out the fires. What’s wrong with them?” Trump said.

California Governor Gavin Newsom insists that officials in California are doing all that they can, but he agrees with Trump that this is one of the worst disasters that our nation has ever seen…

Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, said on Sunday the fires would be the worst natural disaster in US history, “in terms of just the costs associated with it, in terms of the scale and scope”.

Just about everyone acknowledges that we have never seen anything like this before.

But could it be possible that just about everyone is missing the entire point of these fires?

God will not be mocked.

And we reap what we sow.

For decades, the entertainment industry did as they pleased, and their filth polluted the entire planet.

Now a day of reckoning is here.

Will this wake up call cause the entertainment industry to finally change course?

Safeguarding Your American Dream: Discover the Power of America First Healthcare

America First Healthcare

In today’s economy, healthcare costs remain one of the biggest threats to financial stability and family security. Americans work hard to build a better life, yet rising medical expenses can quickly erode savings, force tough trade-offs, and even push families toward debt or bankruptcy. Medical bills continue to rank as the leading cause of personal bankruptcy in the United States, with millions facing underinsurance or unexpected out-of-pocket burdens that no one plans for. Many turn to government-run marketplace plans under the Affordable Care Act, hoping for relief, only to discover that what appears affordable on paper often delivers higher long-term costs, limited real protection, and coverage that may not align with personal values or family needs.

America First Healthcare stands out as a private insurance agency dedicated to helping conservatives and families secure better coverage and better rates through customized, values-aligned options. By conducting free insurance reviews, the agency uncovers hidden gaps in existing policies and connects clients with private alternatives that emphasize personal responsibility, small-government principles, and genuine affordability—often delivering up to 20% savings while providing stronger protection for the American Dream.

The allure of marketplace plans is easy to understand: open enrollment periods, premium tax credits for many households, and the promise of “comprehensive” benefits mandated by law. Yet recent data reveals a different reality, especially after the expiration of enhanced premium subsidies at the end of 2025. Enrollment for 2026 dropped by more than one million people compared to the prior year, with many shifting to lower-tier bronze plans to keep monthly premiums manageable.

These plans feature significantly higher deductibles—averaging around $7,500 nationally—and greater cost-sharing requirements. Families who once paid modest amounts after subsidies now face average premium increases of $65 or more per month, even as they accept plans that leave them responsible for thousands in upfront costs before meaningful coverage kicks in.

High deductibles create a dangerous barrier to care. Studies show that people in such plans are less likely to seek timely treatment for chronic conditions, attend preventive screenings, or fill necessary prescriptions. A seemingly minor illness or injury can balloon into major expenses when patients delay care until problems worsen. For a family of four, a single hospitalization, cancer diagnosis, or unexpected surgery can easily exceed the deductible, triggering coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximums that still leave substantial bills. One recent analysis noted that some proposed changes could push family deductibles toward $31,000 in future years, further exposing households to financial risk.

Beyond the numbers, marketplace plans often carry structural limitations. Coverage for certain critical services may include waiting periods or narrower networks that restrict access to preferred doctors and specialists. Preventive care is required to be covered without cost-sharing, but everything else—lab work, imaging, specialist visits, or ongoing treatment—typically waits until the deductible is met. This reactive model contrasts sharply with the proactive, holistic approach many families prefer, especially those focused on wellness, early intervention, and maintaining health to enjoy life rather than merely reacting to illness.

Values alignment represents another growing concern. Government-influenced plans operate within a framework shaped by federal mandates and political priorities that may not reflect conservative principles of limited government, personal freedom, and ethical stewardship. Families who want to direct their healthcare dollars toward providers and benefits that honor traditional values sometimes find marketplace options feel misaligned, forcing a compromise between affordability and conviction.

Private alternatives, by contrast, offer year-round flexibility without the restrictions of open enrollment windows. Independent agents can shop across a wider range of carriers to design plans tailored to specific family needs—whether that means lower deductibles for frequent medical users, broader provider networks, or add-ons that support wellness and preventive services from day one. Clients frequently report more stable premiums that do not automatically escalate each year, along with genuine cost savings once the full picture of deductibles, copays, and coverage depth is considered.

Take the experience of real families who made the switch. Amanda C. shared that her new plan felt “way better” than what she had through the marketplace. Johnny Y. noted his previous coverage kept increasing annually until he found a more stable private option. Sofia S. expressed delight with her plan and began recommending it to others. These stories echo a common theme: when families move beyond one-size-fits-all government marketplaces, they often discover customized protection that better safeguards both health and finances.

Founder Jordan Sarmiento’s own journey underscores the stakes. In 2021, a six-day hospitalization generated a $95,000 bill. Under a well-structured private “Conservative Care Coverage” plan, his out-of-pocket responsibility would have been just $500. That stark difference illustrates how thoughtful planning and private options can prevent a medical event from becoming a financial catastrophe.

Practical steps exist for anyone questioning their current coverage. Start with a no-obligation review of your existing policy to identify gaps—high deductibles, limited critical-care benefits, or escalating premiums. Compare total projected costs (premiums plus potential out-of-pocket expenses) rather than monthly premiums alone. Consider family health history, anticipated needs, and lifestyle priorities. Private agencies can present side-by-side options that include stronger wellness incentives, broader access, and plans built on shared values of self-reliance and freedom.

In an era when healthcare inflation continues to outpace general cost-of-living increases, relying solely on marketplace solutions carries growing risk. Families who proactively explore private alternatives frequently achieve meaningful savings while gaining peace of mind that their coverage truly works when needed most.

America First Healthcare makes this exploration straightforward through its free review process. Families and individuals receive personalized guidance to close coverage holes, reduce unnecessary expenses, and secure plans that align with conservative principles—protecting wallets, health, and the American Dream without government overreach. Many who complete a review discover they can enjoy better benefits for less, often saving up to 20% while gaining the customization and stability that marketplace plans struggle to deliver.

Ultimately, protecting your family’s future requires looking beyond the marketing of “affordable” government options. By understanding the long-term costs hidden in high deductibles, shifting coverage tiers, and values mismatches, Americans can make empowered choices. Private, values-driven insurance offers a smarter path—one that rewards diligence, supports wellness, and delivers real security. For those ready to move beyond the limitations of traditional marketplace plans, a simple review can reveal options designed to serve families, not bureaucracies. The American Dream thrives when individuals and families retain control over their healthcare decisions, and thoughtful private coverage plays a vital role in making that possible.

Snyder is just as wrong as Newcombe telling us with a straight face that it was caused by climate change.
Snyder was just as wrong as Archbishop Gomez, claiming that these events will always remain mysteries.

We know exactly why these fires turned into a major disaster. We don’t need to speculate, and falsely blame
Hollywood on one hand, or silly climate theories on the other. Both of those are irresponsible, and they let
the real culprits off the hook.

Thanks J.D. Rucker for posting what nobody had the gonads to say. It crossed my mind, but was not sure. I still cannot understand why the Christian Pepperdine University seems to be always so close to destruction by fires and the Getty Museum too? Why that neighborhood? Will the creation vomit the vile out of the land? You betcha! Just wait and behold.

J.D., you’ve lost it my friend. Your point is so contrived and ignorant, you are not helping solve the actual problems going on in LA. You are just spewing BS hoping against hope that something will stick. That fire has everything to do with an agenda by the Deep State to take what it wants regardless of who gets in the way. That fire was not caused by some psychopath with a blow-torch and an axe to grind, running around lighting fires.

I’m saying it loud and clear. That fire was orchestrated and it was not only the fire but the weather as well. Those who are using DEWs against us CAN manipulate both. What is happening to LA is exactly what happened to Lahaina Hawaii and Napa California when fires were not typical as they both had cars burn up that were not even close to a fire. These are not Lasers, they are Maser. Lasers use light and Masers use electromagnetic microwave energy which emits no light. You won’t see beams of light coming down out of the sky, but you will see buildings quickly catch fire with an intensity that is not at all like how normal fires propagate.

I just watched Mel Gibson being interviewed by Laura Ingraham on FOX. When they show pictures of his burned down home you see trees that stood fairly close to a portion of his home STILL GREEN AND ALIVE. That could only happen if DEWs were used, and again it was the same in Napa and Lahaina.

I am assuming that you heard of the Patsy they caught trying to light more fires with a blowtorch. I am assuming that he was an M.K. ULTRA patsy who was expendable. I believe that was also a PsyOpts to make people think that an idiot with a blowtorch could start all those fires. We’re not buying it. We are also assuming that this may be a land grab such as what happened in Lahaina Hawaii.

Considering how many people are moving out of(fleeing) CA there should be lots of house for sale. These actors could buy something safer elsewhere instead of right by the ocean and forest. Or course they would have to live comparatively low rent and most of them are snobs and racists.

Having lived in California for many years (and left), I can attest that this fire was like many others there over the last 30 years. Some developer wants to get their hands on property that is valuable, and finds a way. The new way is indeed what we can call electromagnetic energy. It was used in Hawaii, and this land will only be built again (or not), according to what our government decides to seize, or how they can make some money off of it. There are evil people in charge of California and many other states, and yes, JD, they are GODLESS!
Hollywood is dead in the water, and people are finally taking note. Most of what is produced is garbage, and more and more people are not buying it anymore. I no longer go to movie theaters, and monitor what I want to watch on TV. Disney is dead, as well, because of the porno and leftist ideas that they have pushed on the public.
Anyone who leaves God out of this is denying what is actually happening in this sad world. Read the Bible, and Revelations. It is only a matter of time until they realize it. Global warming is a scam, and winds come and go in California. These people knew right when to strike!

If God acts, you won’t have to wonder if it’s him. Have you actually read and paid attention to your Bible? This article is offensive. Demons are deceptive. God’s actions are glorious and without doubt. This pondering reveals a weakness of faith that provides cover for the true perpetrators. Shame on you.

You could have stopped after the first sentence, and it would have been a devastating response to author Snyder’s bizarre claim. He was looking for something sensational and exclusive. He wanted to show us that HE has it all figured out. That HE found the secret no one else had. Offensive, indeed.

I understand that religious leaders feel pressure in times like these to say something wise and pious. But Michael was no more correct that LA’s archbishop, who tried to pretend that we don’t know why the city is burning to the ground. That it is a mystery. Gomez took the coward’s way out by not wanting to get into details or offend anyone. He lied when he said we don’t know. Snyder went the opposite direction, but also struck out, claiming with a straight face that Hollywood movies ignited these blazes. He lied by claiming that he knows what caused them, and that the fires have ONE reason. He claims he figured it out. He didn’t. He’s wrong, too.

First of all, we already KNOW why the fires in LA are still burning out of control. Those reasons are clear and they are all physical. They are a combination of both physical and natural factors that combined into a toxic mix of disasters. And not ONE of them has to do with the trash Hollywood puts out. There is zero reason to blame this on the perverts in that city. They have plenty to answer for, but fires are not one of them.

There is nothing wrong with searching our hearts when disaster strikes. God does discipline His people for their sins. And often the innocent suffer as well. There are times for Christians to do some serious soul searching. But we do not need to spiritualize something that so clearly has its causes in human incompetence, and in natural factors. This author’s conclusion was a lazy, quick, and easy way to find someone to blame other than ourselves. If sin was the cause of LA’s inferno, it wouldn’t be there to burn in the first place. And how about Las Vegas (a city many times worse)? Why is it still standing? My conclusion is: NO SALE. There is no reason to make Christians look like crazed conspiracy theorists, when the answers are staring us in the face.

I’ve been saying exactly this. Christians who know and believe the Bible (and if they don’t, they aren’t Christian) cannot ignore patterns of judgment in Scripture. Throughout the Old Testament, God sent “cleansing destruction” and particularly fires when a nation or city reached Gods limit of tolerance. The Great flood was the first example of judgment and full destruction as a means of curtailing prevailing wickedness. Then there was the total destruction by fire for Sodom because of great sexual perversion. God told Abraham that his descendants would possess the land (now Israel, but then occupied by Amorites), but not until after being exiled in Egypt for 400 years, “because the iniquity of the Amorites was not yet ‘full’.” God saw there would be a day of full-destruction due to the Amorites because of flagrant and intense debauchery. And indeed, in that 400 years, their wretchedness (and that of 5 other nations) had progressed to the point they were burning their own children on the alter of pagan gods. God brought Israel out of Egyptian captivity by Himself destroying Egypt. Then he told Israel for those six nations, kill everything that breathed, take no spoil, and burn everything in it to the ground. And God even sent the Assyrians to destroy the northern kingdom of Israel and later sent the Babylonians to destroy and capture even the southern kingdom of Judah because of its own deep sin and debauchery. There is no escaping God’s judgment when “the iniquity of a city or nation has reached the tipping point. From this we see at least three things:
    1) There is a point where filth and debauchery and idolatry and evil gets so bad, only total destruction and cleansing by fire is adequate.
    2) God is no respect or of persons or nations…He will punish even his own. In fact, “Judgment begins in the house of God.”
    3) When God sends judgment on a nation, he may protect lives, but even those who are not guilty will suffer loss; because they did not rise up and allowed the evil to flourish and grow.
