One teen gang robbed an entire train. They haven’t been caught. A Tren de Aragua gang of robbers who were released immediately went back to their taxpayer-funded shelters. Another criminal was caught 87 times and released each time. Criminals are hurting people for no reason, knowing nothing will happen to them.

If the cops are not allowed to shoot the criminals then they have done nothing because the perps will be released within a few hours. We have a 2nd Amendment to our Constitution for a reason and it is not for deer hunting, It is to be able to protect yourselves from criminals and rogue governments who believe tyranny is the way to control people.
