Trump pledged to reverse Democratic policies and criticized their actions, declaring, “America’s decline is over” now that he has taken over, according to a transcript of his remarks. Charlamagne also said that Trump’s “base loved” his remarks, pointing out that Obama and former President Bill Clinton received boos when they entered the Capitol Rotunda.
